Privacy Policy

How Foundations Christian Academy handles information submitted through this website.

Effective date: 1 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information?

Foundations Christian Academy (FCA) is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. FCA is located at 60 Besembos Street, Mayberry Park, Alberton.

2. What information do we collect?

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the parent or guardian’s name, telephone number, email address, preferred communication method, programme of interest and the message provided. Please avoid including medical, financial or other highly sensitive information unless FCA specifically asks for it through an appropriate channel.

3. Why do we use it?

FCA uses the information to receive and respond to enquiries, provide requested information about programmes, fees and enrolment, arrange visits or follow-up communication, and maintain reasonable records of correspondence.

4. How enquiries are handled

Website enquiries are delivered to FCA’s authorised email inbox. An automatic confirmation is sent to the email address supplied. FCA may then contact you by your selected method—WhatsApp or email—using the details you provided.

5. Sharing and protection

FCA does not sell enquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers that support the secure operation of the website and email delivery, only to the extent necessary to provide those services or where disclosure is required by law. FCA takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

6. Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the related enrolment or service enquiry, meet legal or operational record-keeping needs, and resolve disputes. Information that is no longer required should be securely deleted or de-identified.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask FCA to confirm whether it holds your personal information, request access to or correction of it, object to certain processing, or request deletion where FCA is not legally required to retain it.

8. Cookies and website analytics

This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Basic technical information may be processed as necessary to deliver and protect the website.

9. Contact FCA

For a privacy question or request, email foundationschristianacademy7@gmail.com or call 073 086 7148.

Complaints: You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) through its official website at inforegulator.org.za.
